Velvet ant collections were made along the Foothills Parkway, Tremont Institute, Cades Cove, and Abrams Creek Campground. The 2002 specimens data was combined with all historic Mutillidae specimens from the GSMNP collection database and is being submitted together. The Determiner for most specimens in the park collection is Dr. Manley.
